Melinda Wilson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of MW Strategy Partners & Project Solutions, LLC, bringing more than 27 years of hands-on healthcare experience and a passion for helping organizations achieve operational excellence through strategic planning, project management, and process improvement.

Throughout her career, Melinda has worked across a wide range of healthcare settings, developing a comprehensive understanding of the operational, clinical, and leadership challenges facing today's healthcare organizations.

Her practical healthcare experience enables her to develop solutions that are not only strategic, but also realistic, actionable, and designed for successful implementation.

Melinda earned a Project Management Certificate from Champlain College and is continuing her education at Champlain College, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communication.

This combination of healthcare operations experience, project management expertise, and education in marketing and communication provides a strong foundation for helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve stakeholder engagement, and successfully execute strategic initiatives.
